We are very happy to announce we finally completed the last parts of the official paperwork we needed to get done and file to become a full fledged company! We are so excited to ramp up business and really get to it.
We managed to retain legal council, get our trademarks and copyrights in order, getting our Texas Taxpayer ID# and our Texas State Sales Tax Permit, our reseller permit, and filing our LLC with the SOS. We are clean and green around the board with company bank accounts and our own legit merchant accounts thru Stripe and Authorize.NET which are industry leaders in payment processing!
