Build 0.4-alpha has been officially pushed to the production environment everyone. Best practice for desktop or mobile web browsers is to clear your cache and cookies for the portal domain (texting.efkolos.com) and then close your browser and re-open it.

Notable Changes
- We have removed the help section from the alpha platform and created an "alpha platform" help section on the front end website's "Get Help" page and will be making several howto videos for the alpha platform as well. We will of course make posts when we post up the new videos.
- Billing Page | At this time, none of the billing page functions are actually working. We released the GUI so that we can get some feedback between todays release and our next 0.5-alpha release.
The next build will be the final one on the alpha platform as we are nearing completion with the beta platform which will be the way we do things moving forward.
