Smart Logic Handling
In a lot of rural places communication can be tough. Our smart logic handling first attempts a text. If for what ever reason that text fails, it will then attempt a voice call, and if the voice call fails, the Ethlos platform will attempt an email. Or you can set it so that the system always sends a voice AND a text, or all three, or a voice call and email, depending on the way you set it up.
